Tyranahorse

A five-piece band from Vancouver, Canada. Their dual vocal melodies and live show have drawn comparisons to Siouxsie and the Banshees, The B-52’s, Talking Heads and Kate Bush.

Formed in 2009, Tyranahorse embraces a variety of genres from noise, grunge, punk, blues and pop, to the old country and 80’s synth-rock. They placed second in Shindig, CiTR’s annual music competition in Vancouver; voted as one of Vancouver’s top 10 bands by VanMusic; and placed 14 on Canadian College charts.
